I told my midwife yesterday & she just waved it off & said "there's lots more of that to come". She wasn't concerned in the slightest with either the contractions or the plug. Basically, it just means your cervix is beginning to thin, so the plug (or part of it) wobbles loose. I haven't felt crampy since then, so I'm not concerned at all. Oh, and the MW said when you DTD, your cervix gets bumped around a lot, so that may account for it too.
As for the colour Poopie, that can vary. Mine was totally clear, others are more opaque to a yellow colour like you described, and then its not uncommon for them to be streaked with fresh (bright red) or old (browner) blood.
Yeah I spoke to the midwives when it happened, and they said it's fine, if it's the whole thing, bub may come a bit early. But I went for an appointment last night and she was a bit concerned that I may have an infection so they are doing some tests to see if I do.
They said it would be a worry if there was blood in it, because that usually happens only days or hours before labour, so because I had none of that, then they were not too concerned.
