Talking Did you feel your baby move before going into labour?

What I mean is did you feel it move as your waters broke or you felt the first contraction? I really can't remember with DD! My waters broke and then I basically focussed on that and the pain for next 13 hours - no recollection of movements.

I swear it feels like the baby is kicking or pushing with their hands to get out and maybe that one push will break the waters!

Must have...but I can't remember either! I would have panicked if I didn't feel her moving so surely I must have felt her the same as normal??

It was only 6 months ago toooooooo.......

I knew I was in for trouble when I realised I could feel mitch kicking around during labour. I swear he was kicking on the way out!

But the other 2 were quiet and just before and during.

DS did his usual "party" when I went to bed that night at about 10.30pm. I woke up at about 1.45am and my water broke shortly there after and I don't recall him moving around much at all from then until when he was born at 5.24am.

I had to crunch on ice to try and wake my little darling up during labour! She was super quiet...

Tallon was sleeping during labour I think.. glad someone got some rest!! I think he had hiccups at one stage on the way out which felt weird!

I think at the very beginnings of labour tho both of them were just moving as normal. Nothing interesting that would be a give away that they were planning to come out

I do remember that feeling of thinking a foot or hand was about to pop out the cervix at any moment tho! LOL.

Good question....I truly dont remember feeling bub moving that much, or at all for that matter, and I had my last nearly 12 months ago. Kinda strange that we forget that sort of thing lol, but I guess we have a really good alibi hey, we were busy trying to get them out lol....
