Re: Epi-no, I got to about 8 1/2 cms and that was a hard slog. I ended up with only a tiny tear and 2 stitches...I would keep going with the epi-no if you can...but I agree that 10 looks like it's not doable....of course you will be doing it in labour Re: sharing rooms, if you are lucky you won't be sent down to the paediatric ward which is very noisy, I spent my first night there, after spending the whole day in the delivery suite after delivering the night before, it is a real joy to get into a private room after that and I got a fruit basket and champagne for my troubles!
