I usually recommend that you start taking EPO at about 34 weeks, 14 weeks is much too early

thanx Alan, thats what i was afraid of, have definately stopped taking it. thing is, the DR (not obstetrician) when i first confirmed my pregnancy said it was ok when i told her what vitamins i was taking. my husband didn't like her anyway!
i hope i haven't done any damage...

Hi Dee
You will not have done any damage. The main concern with taking EPO too early is that it could cause you to go into labour early and although this is unlikely it is a possibility.
