I don't think you are obliged to tell anyone anything! (sorry sunny) Certainly not at this early stage anyway.
I also vote you fell at O time - which would be great - GL with everything xoxo
Knowing how long your cycles are 35 days long and that they've been pretty constant at the for quite some period. That would mean if you had a luteal phase of 14 days (ave) you O'd on day 21. Therefore, I'd have to say that it highly unlikely that you'd have gotten pregnant with DTD just after AF finished, which would have probably been around day 5-9ish. The other spermies would have well and truly died by the time you O'd.
Anythings possible - but the most likely scenario is that you conceived at ovulation time.
I think Marydeans advice is great - get a quantatative level done & this will tell you an approx length of gestation.
I also think this is your decision to make & who you tell is your decision also.
I wish you all the best my love - you must be feeling up in the air. Big cuddles
I agree that it's much more likely your current partner's. Advice to get your HCG tested is good & I think an early dating scan will also help. I'd do both of those before thinking about telling anyone anything. You'll have a fairly certain idea who is the father after you've done them, and if those tests confirm that it is your current partner's, then there might not be any need to tell anyone anything. Goodluck & congrats on your pregnancy!
Thank you everyone. I'm amazed at the amount of support here, I was expecting a lot of negativity and instead you've all been terrific. I'll be going back to the doctors this week and asking for the bloods to be done. I have had a gut feeling from the word go that it is my current partners and hopefully it will span out that way. Either way, myself and my daughter are both thrilled at the eventual addition to our family. Thanks again :-)
fourthontheway, that's exactly how I've chosen to look at it Current partner has been doing his own maths and has realised it may not be his. There was a hint at an abortion and starting over for sure....but after what I went through with a misscarriage last year I could never do that. Just a personal thing. I definitely stoked about being a mum again!
