    Jodie - Yes Matilda has PRS as well as a chromosome deletion. Most of her complications have resulted from her PRS and we will not know if baby has this until the 18 - 20 weeks scan or possibly birth.
    This test will only test for the chromosome deletion, as part of the CD baby can have a cleft/small jaw or both so it is a bit of a double wammy.

    Well I suppose I should go get ready...
