It is so lovely to wake and read all of your lovely messages. I have been laying in bed for a while trying to practice my relaxing, this is what let me down with my Amnio, I worried then tensed and the fluid would not come out, I just have to relax and breathe.
It is a bit more real today

but it won't take long and we will be onto the next stage. Why is it that our lives are broken into 2 week waits?

My appointment is at 12.30.

DD, at 12.30 you will feel warm and relaxed - your fellow BBers will all be with you in spirit. Holding your hand and giving you hugs - you will be amazed at how relaxed you feel.

At the time - do not focus on what is happening but focus on our support, love and hugs. Feel each of us with you.

Visualisation helps me to relax and I hope it does for you as well.

Ill be there too, have u seen the episode of the simpsons when they are all in ned flanders bomb shelter and it is so full, well that will be your procedure room full of bb gals, lol.
