    Hi ladies i need help...

i cant remember when it is no longer safe when to lay on your tummy - i see a physio and need to do this for it..

and also - i am 18.5 weeks, and felt something a weeks ago but nothing since... is this ok or should i be worried??

I am not sure about laying on your tummy but i am around the same as you time wise and have felt bubs on and off, i had my scan yesterday and everything seems ok, good size etc.

I think it's only a worry once your feeling them every day and then they stop for more than 24hrs, hope that helps and GL with the rest of your pregnancy.

Maybe ring the phsyio and ask them if they have an upright chair etc they can do things on, i got a pregnancy massage the other day and OMG it was amazing, odd looking chair and position but it was wonderful.

I felt Ava fairly early around 16wks and she was quite constant from then, have been feeling lil miss ?? on and off and was quite worried aswell but she seems to be doing well, can't wait for those regular movements etc though.

We are bellyBuddies i think... my lil miss is due 8.01.10

Yeah i tried cold water and stuff but nothing so maybe she just doesn't wanna be active for me at the moment, don't stress yourself i think 18-20wks is normal before you EVER feel anything anyway.

Yeah i think Ava is going to wake soon, has been teething so going to let her sleep aslong as she needs for now, wake her at 5 if she's not awake then..

Good luck and maybe chat on bellybuddies, would love to see an update from you when you get a chance.. keep in touch.
