We found out the sex and had actually chosen names before finding out so everyone knew name and sex from 19 weeks. It was awesome getting to know the little person inside me and knowing his name and talking to him. His name is a little unusual and some people don't like it. By telling everyone the name beforehand they had time to get used to it and now noone thinks anything of it - it is just his name. But each to their own!
