No, I don't think it's especially for pregnant women. Although on the back it does say ' pregnant women have an increased need for DHA and EPA ' hmm.....
I sometimes eat fish, not much tho.

Is it the fish that is the concern or the Omega that you are getting from it? I take (and took through pregnancy) Flaxseed oil as I don't eat fish. It has Omega 3, 6 & 9 and is totally vegetable based so you might want to look into that as well.
I always thought that pregnant women should not be taking flax seed oil as it messes with the hormones and can increase the risk of miscarriage ? Anyone know about this ?
I hadn't heard that but I will definitely look into it - I took it through my pregnancy and breastfeeding with no adverse effects but will ivestigate further just in case there is a next time![]()
I was told the same thing about flaxseed oil. Shame too because it does wonders for my psoraisis and bm production too.
