Freaking Out!!!

I was booked in for an Induction that was to take place early next month...well today I had an appointment with the OB and they have brought the induction date forward by a week!!! So this time next week I will be at the hospital being induced...I am freaking out about it!!! I mean I know it's inevitable that I will have this baby, but when you are given a date for it and you get your head wrapped around it, then you are told it's going to happen sooner, it has just kinda thrown me.

I am so scared.

I know exactly how you are feeling! This week I found out it's a good possibility I have to have a c-section due to placenta praevia and the whole thing is doing my head in, the c-section decision, baby arriving sooner than expected, etc...eek, reality is starting to sink in!

It's probably natural to freak out because your plans have changed but you'll be fine. I think it's soooo exciting!! Why was your date put forward? Remember, your ob is making a decision that's right for you (well usually they do!). Just make sure you've done all the things you wanted to before the baby arrives!

I don't mean to be rude, but why are you being induced so early or even at all? At 37+ weeks, you will hardly be full term.

Without knowing anything about Cherii's situation I would presume it is a medical related reason, wouldn't you think Antheia? I doubt they're doing it for fun.
