    Thanks.

    I'm starting to feel better. Its been 24 hours since i first started feeling sick so im hoping its all over.

    I've had some rotten BH so i might let the MW's know tomorrow.

    My sister has twice suffered from terrible gastro during pregnancy (each time she worryingly lost her entire bump despite being 6 months pregnant) and neither time did it have any negative effects long term nor send her into labour. An upset bowel can send you into labour, but usually only if you are ready to go anyway. It sounds like you are doing all the right things. Try to rest and hopefully you will feel heaps better tomorrow.
