I had it in two of my pregnancies and it just means that at a certain time during labour you will be given antibiotics. I was lucky to just be injected but some people are hooked up to an IV which just makes it a bit more difficult to move around but it's certainly nothing to be worried about. They will also check your bubs temp regularly I think for the first 12hrs.
