    Post Morning Sickness

    Sue,

This happened to my sister for 6-months, hang in there and make sure you keep eating basic foods / fluid up and consulting with your midwife/OB. Try not to get too tired or stressed also, or to let this play on your mind.

I myself didn't really get full on sick, only felt nausea with my current pregnancy which only has 4 days to go now. Each morning I have eaten two toasts with vegemite and cheese and a mango juice since being pregnant and I swear that it has been great to make me feel better-that was my remedy. I also ensure I have a savoury type snack, plain salada, rye vita etc to munch on and keep up my fluids.

Good luck I hope it doesn't last too long, end result wil be worth it!
