I've had 2 children and 5 mc. (3 of them chems so super early.)
4 of those have been when I've been 40 though so that probably makes the statistics worse. (Although I think my stats must still be worse than 'average'.)
I was reading an article recently that said that recurrent mc might sometimes actually be due to being "super-fertile" i.e the uterus is too welcoming to any old egg, whereas normally it is more selective so less of the defunct ones get through... or something like that. (Although it's been over a year now and I'm still no closer to having that baby, so I don't really *feel* super fertile right now!!!)
