    Another huge fan of acupuncture here FabFiona!

    I suffered from headaches terribly when pg with DD and had acupuncture treatment, and I also had some temporary pins left in to help curb them. They were just above my boobs, and you could barely notice them. They worked wonders for me!

    Cold compresses worked a treat for me.

    Also for some reason icy poles. But I think everyone is unique, so have fun experimenting with all the suggestions

    These helped mine. I've had chronic headaches this entire pregnancy so far and these things helped but didn't get rid of. For a pain relief ive found panadiene is the only thing that works.

    I had migraines in the first trimester and my SIL recommended Po Ho Oil by A.Vogel. You just rub it into your neck and temples and it works wonders. Highly recommend it!
