Milk worked for me with my first three but with Pie it was horrible & Mylanta was the only thing that helped. Actually ice-cream helped too, but only short term

Tanstar, I used to get up in the middle of the night & swig from the bottle too! and I had a bottle in the fridge at work.

    I hear your pain!
At night I would have 1-1.5 tsp natural calcium ( lifestream brand from healthfood shop) mixed with a little water at the very last moment before lying down in bed. Its like drinking chalk but is very benign & additionally good for mum & bub. I too dragooned every pillow in the house & DH got to use some decorative cushions...
Rennies were my relief during the day, I tried to use them sporadically but by the last few months I munched a heap of them. I think they have lower levels of active ingredients than the others on the market.

I hope you can get some relief xx

ACUPUNCTURE!!!! It was amazing for my heartburn! I had treatments every 2-3wks I think and it lasted all that time. I saw a guy in Indooroopilly who specialises in fertility and pregnancy, PM me if you want his details
