Hi again Debbie!

Yep, losing Georgia was definitely the hardest thing I have ever gone through (and am still going through) but I will get there .

I think it's great that you are keeping yourself informed. I can understand how you would be scared but I am sure all will go well with this little bubba as it sounds like you are doing everything right!

The appointment with the Renal Specialist went well. She is a lovely lady - very professional & from what I understand, somewhat of an expert in her field. Her appointment book is actually booked solid until June next year so I was really lucky to see her. She gave me her mobile number and told me to just ring her & she will squeeze me in when I need an appointment!

My BP was great & my urine sample was clear which was a relief. I asked her about the whole BP issue & if there was anything I could be doing to keep it down. She said that there is nothing further she would recommend for me other than what I am already doing - exercising, not smoking, not drinking alcohol, not drinking caffeine. She seems to think that because my BP went back to normal between PG's, I should be ok.

So most of that is easy. The only difficult part will be keeping up the exercise. I know you are already finding it difficult to find the motivation to exercise & believe me, I remember and understand that feeling! Give me another month or two & I will be the same! I think even if you can just manage a walk around the block, like you said though, you are off to a good start.

Anyway, best of luck! I will be keeping track of your pregnancy & will be keen to hear how everything is going .
