    If you have acces to a laptop, you could research your family tree. You can learn to knit/crochet on youtube. then knit/crotchet. Read. write letters to baby. online scrapbooking. start a blog

    Oh Mad4e, I feel your pain hunny and I was only recently on Bed rest in hossy for 48 hours and was counting the time away! Some things that I found that helped was the following:

    *Plenty of trashy mags to read...thank god for all the drama in hollywood
    * Something to chew like minties....keeps you occupied for 2 min!
    * When meal time comes I felt some short lived pleasure So enjoy it while you are getting served.
    * Painting nails, i chose a wild pink colour for the arrival of my little girl when she's ready to come.
    * Maybe write a blog???
    * Pluck the ol eyebrows, nothing more satisfying
    * get you girlfriends to bum around with you when they can.
    * Google and plenty of BB time.

    Hope that helps a little. All the best with you and baby.xox

    Mad4e - I'm on bed rest too, although mine is more self imposed so not as restrictive as yours. I have been playing FB games like: scrabble, bejeweled blitz, farkle and a couple of others. I have been stalking BB and loads of blogs. I also keep a pregnancy journal which I have been updating. Enjoy trashy day time TV, and ask DH if he can hire your fave series from the video shop? The days go soo long!! Tell friends how bored and lonely you are and you may get some visitors.. Just ask. I find people don't want to intrude or interrupt your rest, but if you ask them to visit when they have time they just might

    I also have been taking the time just to enjoy getting to know my baby. Feeling the kicks etc (although I'm a lot earlier than you and have only just started feeling them) and also meditating. There are guided meditations on you tube if it floats your boat..

    I was on 2 weeks bedrest when my waters broke with DD3 at 26 weeks.
    I loved having my laptop, facebook, forums, games, movies.
    Craft...I did a small quilt.
    Magazines, books
    My hospital did craft classes during the week...I was allowed to go for an hour it really broke the day up...maybe you could ask.
