With my DS I had him at 1:45pm on tuesday and left hospital by 5pm on wednesday so 1 day, and with my DD I had her at 4:45pm on thursday and left the hospital at 2:30pm on friday so not even 24 hrs, I hated being there so much that I told them I was ok but I really should have stayed in longer as I lost some blood during labour and my iron levels had dropped severly so at home I took iron suplements and was ok in a few days but it was hard so with #3 I will try to stay for the full 3 days ( as I am going public ) but if I don't get a private room I dont think I will stay long I hate feeling as though I am in the way and being a disturbance to others and the stress levels run high so we will see
