Beema my love I am so sorry you are dealing with this hurdle
I want to remind you again that this happens & healthy bouncy babies are born about 50% of the time. They are good odds darling heart. Especially to see a healthy heartbeat.

Thinking of you.
Thinking of you hun, and sending you lots of sticky vibes. Praying hard everything turns out OK for you![]()
just sending some more big hugs for you, how hard it must be to wait to find out more....well done for trying to focus on the positive. xx
THinkg of you and hoping for good news
Thankyou all so very much for your messages, prayer and supportit really helps, another long day today of waiting before I have my next scan in 24 hours.
That was the figure I got the other night shen I first ended up in at Women's Assessment Inanna, seeing a clear HB yesterday was definitely a +ve towrds the better 50%![]()
That is exactly right darling & keep that in mind. A heartbeating away healthily (that rate is healthy) is a fabulous sign that does put you in a great position. Do you remember Meredith? She had a very very similar experience to yours with pain also & now she has her baby daughter in her arms.
Just keep thinking only wonderful things - rest up, drink lots of water & eat healthfully. We are all here cheering for you.![]()
I will find her story for you my love. She bled so much and so often that it really did look bleak for a time. She sadly said Goodbye to her daughters twin during the first trimester which was so sad and difficult. However, her little girl hung on tight and is now at home. She was born early but healthy.
I have to attend to a belligerent Immy & I will be back with some links to Meredith.![]()
Okay my love HERE is a thread she began about her pregnancy difficulties...
BIRTH STORY FOR HOLLY!
I hope this gives you something positive to hold on to while you wait for Thursday's u/s...![]()
I also wanted to remind you that you grow strong babies! Just look at Miss N and all that you went through with her. I remember your bleeding episode with her too.....
More hugs!![]()
Beema, Sorry to hear what you are going through. Just wanted to offer you some more hugs and positive thoughts.
I had a bleed at 5 weeks with this pg'cy, had an US and they found a large blood clot which they said i would either bleed out or it would reabsorb into the body. Had another scan 10 days later and it was luckily it was gone and bubs heart had started beating![]()
If it is a Subchorionic Haemorage or Haematoma, you have a higher chance of going full term than losing the baby. Good odds, especially as you have seen the baby's heart beating and the location of the clot too. Sounds promising.
Thinking of you
hey sweet just spotted this...ill be praying for you sweet xoxoxoxo
Thankyou so much for those links, I have read them all through, one of the amazing things about BB, there is nearly always someone else who has travelled a similar path, and the positive stories are so reassuring
Thanks hun, yes those two weeks were not fun either, but we got through them, and got a strong little fighter, this one will be a toughie as well
Thankyou so much for sharing your positive storyI hope that it is something like that or what ever it is it slowing drains out as it is at the moment
ETA: Thanks Squidi xx
