Beema, Sorry to hear what you are going through. Just wanted to offer you some more hugs and positive thoughts.

I had a bleed at 5 weeks with this pg'cy, had an US and they found a large blood clot which they said i would either bleed out or it would reabsorb into the body. Had another scan 10 days later and it was luckily it was gone and bubs heart had started beating

If it is a Subchorionic Haemorage or Haematoma, you have a higher chance of going full term than losing the baby. Good odds, especially as you have seen the baby's heart beating and the location of the clot too. Sounds promising.

Thankyou so much for those links, I have read them all through, one of the amazing things about BB, there is nearly always someone else who has travelled a similar path, and the positive stories are so reassuring

Thanks hun, yes those two weeks were not fun either, but we got through them, and got a strong little fighter, this one will be a toughie as well

My thoughts are with you, I hope the problem settles down and the rest of your PG is boring.
Do you find out your current platelet count?, it can make bleeding appear much worse if it is low. Also consider taking an iron supplement or at least ask your Dr about it to help regenerate those lost red blood cells.

I just wanted to come in and wish you lots of love and support for tomorrow. I am not going to be around during the day so just know you're being thought of & prayed for by me. I will light my candle before leaving the house - it will burn brightly all day...

Huge hugs Beema - sorry I've been so self consumed lately hun, I had no idea you were going through this.

Crossing fingers and toes this is the only bump in the road for the rest of your pregnancy and birth .
