Thanks Crumpet, I love you message under your Avatar!! You will get there this time hun

Thanks MT, No flying for you now hun, I won't let you, we can catch up for a big hug down the track a bit

Thanks em I hope so, thankyou for supporting me when you are riding such a rollercoaster yourself

Thanks starangelk all are accepted gratefully

Thanks Nettie, I am planning on still haveing a bump at our next meet up

Thanks ezy for being there for me!

Thankyou Blackrose, I would be lost without it, so I feel that by supporting where I can, it might help someone get through a difficult just as I have been supported through mine.

Saw the physio this arvo and we are going into, "not too much mode", quality not quantity. I am just now concentrating on my breathing, doing some focus work and minimal movement of the muscles, visualisations... close and lengthen cervix will be added in We will fix everything else after Flicker arrives.

DH asked a couple of questions when I emailed him and has stayed home from the gym tonight, and I drew him a picture of what it all looks like and wen through what it all means, so hopefully he starts to talk to me again about it all, I really need his support with me at the moment.
    Thanksyou again everyone

Ahhh Beema, Flicker is definately giving you a workout before arrival. Putting you in our thoughts and wanting Flicker to have a good bake in your belly.

I hope your DH is opening up to you and keeps involving himself with whats happening, he really does need to be there for you. My DH was the opposite through the pgcy with V, he rarely talked about what was happening. I think I would have cracked if I didnt have you ladies here on BB. All the best with the visualisations hun, I truly hope that it makes a huge difference. hugs.

ahhh now i understand, thanks beema with regards to spinning babies thingy i remember one poster asking (persephone??) Chris Tang (the TCM guy) and he also mentioned the benefit of moxa sticks....you can do these at home, with the help of DH....just a thought.

i LOVE your idea of the visualisation thing for your cervix...if we can do it to help us through labour we can certainly do it to show it how to stay put! mebbe get your hands on a good relaxation/visualisation cd? (or itunes ). found it weird at first to do them, but as time goes on i am finding it pretty powerful stuff...

thinking of you guys and sending my love to you, flicker, your DH and Flick's big sister xx

He is asking more, and understood better last night when I drew him a picture of how my uterus and bubs looked at the moment, so hopefully that helps, I am hoping he can come to the 20 weeks scan.
