The bleeding has been pretty constant but bearable, the cramping isn't to bad but I'm shocked that I have not had any clots yet, I have never miscarried at this stage so I am not sure if there are meant to be, I suppose it also depends on how long my baby actually survived.

I took the girls out in the pool today, it is a lovely day and although I didn't go in it was lovely to be out in the sun seeing them enjoy themselves.

The hard decision is still to come, do we try again...
