    just checked the bottle, theres nothing on their saying that u need to take it on an emtpy stomach or with food, my mistake, im taking that many suppliments at the moment im getting confused! lol. maybe try it with food and see if theres a difference?

    DF just informed me the lady told him i should take a tab BETWEEN meals .... I guess he *forgot* that bit, I want him to have a tab b4 he goes to bed so he knows the discomfort i was in all night!
