How scary for you Lulu! I don't know if you remember I had low lying placenta with DS as well. Although, mine was 1cm next to the cervix and didn't move and I didn't get any bleeding. I wasn't put on bed rest at any stage, but it was recommended that I don't overdo things physically. I agree with Jennifer - if it's covering the cervix then it's not likely to move and you're more likely to have some bleeding. Bed rest is inevitable in the more serious cases of pp. I'd listen to the doc and get as much as you can hun. xoxox
