Things my acupuncture therapist helped me with:

grated ginger - grate a tbspn up and put it in a thermos of boilding water - sip on it during the day - but try not to drink a lot at once as it could make you feel ill

potato soup - make a batch of plain potato soup - again to sip on during the day - something to do with the starch

you could try the seasickness bracelets you can buy at the chemists - acupressure based therapy

get a lemon and the pointy end??! - rub that into the point in your wrists hourly for a couple of minutes each side

anyway - i tried all of it LOL - but acupuncture was still the only thing that really helped me out - the potato soup though was good because you never really got overly hungry - which is good for monring sickness

    good luck

gosh i miss being preg ever again, but will not miss that feeling .... bleh ....

From what I've heard (and tried) the best treatment is to eat little and often, that always seems to help me!

Hopefully it will all settle down soon

Thanks for suggestions. Here are things i have found have helped a bit, but am gonna try some of yours too!

drinking boiled water (cooled a little)
    dry bikkies
    lemonade
    calippo icy poles

eating helps me feel better, but i don't want to turn into a pog. i have only had one chucky day (fingers crossed) but the nausea just lasts all day.

Oh you poor thing so feel for you as i too had it 24/7 yeh no fun at all ... Promise it will go away sooner rather than later xox

P.S - Your calippo icypoles reminded me i would eat the icystick 'thingys' like Zooper Doopers in a big pkt of 24? from Coles ... they weren't the generic brand ones but the brand (can't remember which ones but could find out for you if you want) they were the next price range up, i had to have ones with flavour not too weak in taste. Sometimes i could eat 6 in one day. Preferred the raspberries & orange flavoured ones most ... and i was eating them in Winter (Thankfully i only put on 8.5 kilo's duing my pregnancy but then i did go for walks most days that was when the morning sickness had gone by then)
