I think you made the right decision, but probably the most concession you'll get about the mistake is ''oh it's policy'', if your lucky you'll get ''there was a communication problem'' and if they're super guilty and super sorry you'll get a ''oh there was a computer problem''. Smile, be gracious, and double check everything your Dr does for the next few weeks until you feel secure again. It's your baby, who else is gonna go ballistic about it's best interests?
