I never nested with Moo until the day I went into labour. My midwife called and asked why I sounded so puffed, when I said I was scrubbing the bathrooms she said "OK you just do what you need to do then love." LOL she obviously knew something I didn't! Other than that I was obsessed with cooking and stocking up our freezer with meals, as well as buying in bulk for pantry items. I had so much food I took over the linen cupboard!

This time I have had one day where I HAD to clean the entire house from top to bottom, I didn't stop until the place was pristine. I thought great, nesting here we come but I over did it and I'm still recovering 5 days later I do seem to be doing the whole preparation thing again. I've got Moo's Christmas pressies as well as next birthday (which isn't til August) and I'm obsessed with getting him summer clothes for some reason even though it's pouring here today.

There is tons of stuff I'd love to get stuck into, it's just too tiring!

I nested loads with my DS1. I also worked up until the day he was born, so my nesting happened at both home & at work. I remember being a few days over my due date and deciding my front veranda needed scrubbing. I could barely walk but managed to scrub my veranda. A neighbour and friend of mine commented when he saw me that he didn't think the baby would be spending much time out on the veranda! Lol. I scrubbed everything and looking back, I feel sorry for anyone that happened to cross my path while doing so because they copped me yelling and me in tears. I also pulled out everything in my wardrobe & drawers, the babies stuff and my entire linen press and ironed the lot 2 nights before DS1 was born.

Sent from my iPhone, so I apologise if it makes no sense.

This weekend went out and scrubbed my mail box on the street, im such a loser. I have to attribute this to nesting otherwise i must be loopy
    Haha love it!!

I'm a rearranger of furniture; except i have absolutely no muscle power so my hubby has to do it all!! I normally love rearranging furniture but pregnancy makes it a compulsion.
My nesting starts from the beginning of pregnancy much to my husbands dismay.
With DS the day i went in to be induced we rearranged where our couch & coffee table is (we have a huge L shape couch in a small room lol). I also changed around the nursery a million and ten times and then we ended up co-sleeping lol!
With my m/c pregnancy i had an urge to want to change our computer room and bedroom around and make a walk in wardrobe and get rid of built ins.
now with this pregnancy for the last week (i'm only 4weeks along) i've been saying we should change the loungeroom around again. Lol

I nested heaps with the twins. DH came downstairs when I was about 35 weeks at 3am because he thought we were being burgled but there I was, mopping the floors. I decided it was best to do them then so they would be dry when everyone woke up

I just cleaned the bejezus out of my desk at work. But then, it is my last day and then I get to attack the house in a big way

With my first I vacuumed the back patio, it started just doing the track of the back door and then the outside step and sort of took of with a life of it's own from there.
I mowed the lawn at 39 weeks pregnant.
Rearranged every cupboard in the whole house (we were looking for things for months after that )

I seem to want everything perfect before bubs arrives this time. I've cleaned all the knobs and mechanisims on the oven, completely cleaned out the boys room - bought them new furniture and put in new aircon, cleaned out mine and DH's room - painted, ripped out old aircon and replaced with new split, new curtain. Then i tackled the lounge room and painted new feature wall, rearranged the furniture. Next week it's bubs room to paint and decorate.. starting to wonder if i can fit any more in before she arrives
