I had my hair done several times with this one,

A mummy needs to feel special. I figure the hairdressers use it when they are pregnant, and their exposure is much higher than yours would be.

I've been told you shouldn't use bleech, so no going blonde, but black should be fine.

Someone mentioned that dye doesn't always take when your pregnant, that would probably be sue to the condition of your hair.

leading up to dyeing you can try revitalising your hair with an appropriate treatment (talk to a hairdresser) but also the main thing is removing any greasy build up that you might have more of than usual.

Cheapest way to do that is to use whatever shampoo you usually have, and mix in some bicarb soda before you put through your hair. You may need to repeat. Really get it in near your scalp.
when conditioning use the tiniest amount.

You can use bicarb in your shampoo every 4-6 weeks, but my hairdresser said not to do it any more than that.
