Sunday I spent feeling exactly as you described. I think part of it was all the sad news - usually it doesn't affect me so deeply, but it really has and I think the pregnancy hormones are playing a big part.
I kind of just let myself feel crappy and be crappy for that day, resolving to be a better person/mother/wife the next day, and woke up feeling much better, and was a much better person the following day.
I have been a hormonal monster this whole pregnancy...heaps worse than with my DD...im emotional and grumpy and snappy and get irritated so easily...i get angry and then i cry at the tv......i know im a nightmare at the moment....
T told me this morning, "I love you Mum, too much." It really hit me!
Even though I'm trying to not expose myself to bad news, I find I can't avoid it sometimes, and I'm finding I feel really low. Other issues which normally wouldn't be too difficult to cope with are making it all a bit overwhelming right now... here's hoping things improve soon!
Oh hun, i've only just found the thread.....don't forget you've had stress going on too, allow yourself to feel all the emotion (gotta take the good and the bad eh ).
