i was 19 when i had number 1 and weighed 119kg so i was and still am a big girl i worked up until 2 weeks before he was born no health issues at all and had him in 4.5 hours and he was postierior, bub number 2 120kg once again perfect pregnancy only thing i had was low blood presure(go figure)great birth 2.5 hours , bub number 3 125kg once again great pregnancy i lost 18kg not sure how i was eating like a pig and none of it was healthy great birth 1.5 hours ,bub number 4 120kg same again great pregnancy and even better birth 28min labour, bub number 5 140kg once again couldnt ask for better pregnancy or labour 50mins,bub number 6 160kg no health issues at all and by now i was also advanced maternal age (36) he was breech wich they say can be caused by haveing a lazy lifestyle and whilst im no athelet im not lazy either but once again great pregnancy and fairly good birth as this one was a little harder but thats because he was breech and postierior it took 4hours and 48 mins this time but i dont think that had anything to do with my weight,i never once had high bp or gd or anything else that i can think of i was told with the last one how dangerous it was to have a baby at my weight and age but all turned out well for me and as my doctor said if my body couldnt do it i probably wouldnt have been able to get pregnant,i know its bad to be this big but all my kida are healthy and none of them are overweight and there now 17,15,13,12,8 and nearly 3 months old will have to wait to see how he goes but being overweight is not the end of the world when it comes to having babies or being a mum ,i have very thin friends how got bp and gd and found it really hard to keep up with the other kids while pregnant while i didnt i thing good and bad pregnancys are just the luck of the draw.
