Christy, I've been meaning to tell you for ages, but keep forgetting!! We've had a blanket on the floor in the loungerrom for a few weeks to get our cat used to it & she doesn't go near it anymore - woohoooo! Just wanted to say thanks for the tip.

Also just wondered what you think of this idea I've had... We have a musical mobile on bubs cot, a swing which makes noise & a fisher price toy that plays music. Now what I was thinking (& have been doing) is if I turn them on every now & then (seperately of course) our cat will get used to the noises associated with the baby. Do you think that might help her to be a bit calmer when he arrives cos she'd be used to some of the sounds?
