We found out at our 20 week scan. Initally I didn't want to know but DH said he did and he would keep it to himself and not tell me. Well, that was never going to happen, I couldn't stand him knowing and not me.

I am really glad we found out and it was clear in the 3D/4D scan we had. We have so many clothes ready and it makes it easier to get the nursery ready too. My MIL is knitting and making everything in pink which is a worry as I don't want everything pink but how do you stop a doting grandmother!
