Hi ladies, I'm pretty wildly overweight, and am seeing a dietician to try to keep the weight down this time (never lost my first baby's weight, that was nine years ago)!

I'm interested in hearing from any other larger ladies who have successfully kept their weight gain minimal, and any thing you might have done that helped!

PS Just want to emphasise - I understand weight gain is a healthy part of pregnancy and this thread in no way relates to those ladies who are in the healthy weight range to start with - purely for those of us who are larger and therefore at greater risk of joint injury, GD, high blood pressure, etc
