I hope you are feeling better yet? Also another good thing to do is when you are constipated (in fact any time you are on the loo!) it's a good idea to get a little stool (like the kiddy one's) and put that under your feet so your knees are lifted up and that helps your bowels to move a bit easier too.... more natural... as in the squat position but you are sitting on the toilet... does that make sense? I hope so.
Good luck it's awful being constipated. and yes, prunes are best!!But not too many or you will get the opposite effect TRUST ME!
