Im not sure, so that wont help but should bump the thread back up
I drank RLT afrom 34 weeks with DS, 4 cups a day, and had some made up in a herbal with other herbs by my naturopath so havent taken the tablets.

I hope someone else on here can help you with the tablets specifically
