Ive had to take calcium and magnesium supplements been getting the most rotten muscle cramps. i suppose some of it is because i have cut out a lot of crap that i used to eat, im eating more fruit and vegies. I'm not constantly snacking. Plus the days where i can't eat anything at all and what i do eat comes back up.

I don't feel lethargic or anything so i know that i am getting enough of what i need to have. It's just annoying now that iv mentioned to my mum that iv lost weight shes hounding me to eat more.

We went to the mall to do my shopping had lunch first, my brother got chinese my mum got a hot dog, milk shake and a donut (healthy i know) and i just had a small shake. She goes "is that all your going to have" and i said i wasnt hungry just thirsty and craving a milk shake and she then goes "well you need to eat more" i eat what i feel i need to no point stuffin myself when im not hungry.
