OMG it's horrible isn't it. No, I didn't find anything I could take And the Fess didn't help me at all either, felt like I was just clogging it up more.
    it is the worst!

    Thanks everyone!

Mel - I might go the the chemist and ask about those tablets. If I can drag myself off the couch and out of the house that is!

SJ - IKWYM about Fess, your nose already feels horrid and then you spray yucky stuff up it for nothing LOL!

I used one of those Vicks sniffing thingos. Not the spray one, just the one where you sniff the vicks. Just be careful because pregnancy can give some women sensitive noses & it might sting a bit!

Thanks Sarah! I might see if I have one lying around.

I just want to use the nasal spray I used to use when not pg! It worked so well and really quickly.

    What about a vaporiser?
I had the same thing in the 1st tri, and I knew that if it were safe to take a Demazin then I would've been sweet! But alas, it wasn't to be. It is very frustrating, hey.
Are you already having paracetamol? I did find it somewhat helpful in clearing my head a little. (Didn't do much for my nose, but helped me feel not quite as 'fuzzy' in the head.)
    Hope you are better soon.

Try a hot wet face washer over your forehead, eyes, sinus area and nose - it won't necessarily unblock you but it will help you to feel better.

And don't forget the good old Vicks! And maybe take a day or two off work and just REST!

Thanks Snacks! I don't have a vaporiser, but I was in the bathroom a minute ago and was very tempted to run some hot water and put a towel over my head LOL! I just ran out of Panadol, so I should go pick some more up. I definitely have a fuzzy head, it's very embarrassing trying to converse with customers atm .

Thanks for your suggestion Marydean, I used Vicks last night at bedtime. It's so sad, I can't even smell it LOL. I will try a hot face washer once I've dropped DS1 to kinder and put DS2 down for a nap. I'd love to take a couple of days off, but I run my business from home so there is no one else to take calls or help customers. Luckily it's not that busy atm. It's just so embarrasing when I can't add simple things up LOL!

You can also take Panadol if you have a fever, it might help with your fuzzy-headedness.
