I found Lucozade wonderful during my morning sickness weeks, to keep my hydrated and keep my electrolytes balanced while I was having trouble drinking and eating properly. I also keep a water bottle with me all the time and find that while I don't drink lots of glasses of water in one go, I sip a lot at my water bottle all day and get a lot of fluids in that way.
Another thought - make yourself some iceblocks. Sucking on an icypole is easier than drinking I found. It's still warm enough for them If you don't want the sugary ones from the stores, just make your own with a bit of flavoured water, or freeze some juice or something.
Thanks for all the replies girls, they've been very helpful. I'm not a great lover of citrus or cordial in my water, but there are some other great ideas that I'm going to try. Am trying to listen to my body and not stress over how much I am/not drinking, and if I get symptoms (headache, constipation, thirst etc) I try to drink a bit more. I generally get 1-1.5L/day. I hope that's ok for bubs so far. Had a scan this morning (at 7 weeks), and FS was very happy with everything, so that's good.
I hope all your PGs are going well. Thanks again for helping me out!
