    Go to the hospital.
Our local hospital won't turn a mother worried about her bub away and will hook you up to a doppler (or something similar, I forgot the name) and have a listen to the heartrate etc for a 20 minute period or so.
In the mean time try not to let her panic!

Coffee! REALLY strong - like a short black and some sugar.

    How is she going now?

I used to poke my belly all round until i felt ds move. If i was at home i would have a really cold glass of coke and lay on my left side. I must say that i also had a doppler for those moments when i was worried about movement, atleast if i could hear a heartbeat i felt alittle better. Hope all is well xx

I took her to the hospital about 2pm. Bub made a small movement while we were waiting then they put the monitor on her for about half an hour & bub was ok. The midwife said that because she was so stressed the hormones change & bub sometimes doesnt move much when those stress hormones are roaming around through her body...
All is good & thats the main thing.
Thanks for all your suggestions ladies
