    ok tmi but i am a bit constipated atm im 4 weeks preg today and i cant rember whats safe to use to ummm release the problem lol

    Make sure you are drinking heaps of fluids, it's easy to get dehydrated when pregnant or breastfeeding, and perhaps limit your coffee and tea (and other caffeine) if you haven't already, since they're diuretics which encourage fluid to leave your body.

    You might find pear juice really effective, and also prune juice.

    Also fresh licorice like from Darrell Lea, can help, dried fruit, apricots are good and prunes if you like them. Oats are good (porridge).

    The midwife that works at our pharmacy said that Movicol is safe to use during pg, I managed to get mine under control with the fruit veg water and oats though.

    yep i do feel better after a warm shower ive been drinking heaps of water

    i hope it does too cause its uncomfy atm lol feels like cramps but i know its just my bowels iykwim that uncomfy yuck feeling lol

    i got a heap of museli fruit and oj tho lol and after 2 liters of oj and alot of fruit i can say i feel better now lol
    metamusil is going on the list lol
