Make sure you are drinking heaps of fluids, it's easy to get dehydrated when pregnant or breastfeeding, and perhaps limit your coffee and tea (and other caffeine) if you haven't already, since they're diuretics which encourage fluid to leave your body.
You might find pear juice really effective, and also prune juice.

Glad to hear it!! LOL! I have a super healthy diet but have suffered from IBS all my life so I often need Metamucil anyway but it's been a life saver during my pregnancy. It's just nice to feel kind of 'empty' sometimes - KWIM?!
