Well i am emotionaly and physically drained , it took an hour to see the dr, i was only in for 10 mins it then took another 40 min to see the nurse who took 3 attempts to draw blood, so finally after 2 and a bit hours i left, the whole time hubby was in the car with 5 kids!!
My arms feel like pin cushions, the air con was so sold it made my veins disapear, the nurse was giving up, a dr told her to get me a heat pack and put me in a warm room, but she didnt want to, anyway we got blood on the 3rd attempt and i will get the results tomorrow night.
So all the dr said was that its common for women to bleed in early pregnancy and i bleed with the last baby, he said to do a scan next monday and see what the bt results are tomorrow.
Just to keep an eye on it, if it gets heavy then it could be a m/c.
This morning it was brown but when i went to the loo after being at the medical center for 2 hours, it was back to a reddy colour, so im still in limbo, ill know more when i get my bt results back.
so thats it, 2 emotionally and phsyically draining hours....
and i know no more than i did this morning.
Hi Anila, although you know no more than you did this morning, you have at least taken the steps to finding out more. Can you just call the nurse to get your results in the morning or do you need to see the Dr? All you can do now is rest and take it easy. Can hubby cook tonight? It only has to be something easy...baked beans or 2 min noodles.
silly nurse...if only she had of put the heat pack on and put you in a warm room the proccess would of been much quicker!!! still sending you lots of and my fingers and toes are
