Had to post quickly earlier - wanted to add that in the early days I would prep a big batch of chopped fruit at night when DH was home so he could have bub if she was awake. Then I would eat that with yoghurt for breakfast or lunch - you can chop up 3-4 days worth at a time and just squeeze some lemon juice over it, it keeps really well. Also Up&Go became my daily staple - super easy to grab from the fridge while holding bub, requires no prep, utensils or cleaning and waaaaay better for you than biscuits!! I still have it now for breakfast and buy it in the 1L tetra paks. It was also handy for middle of the night feeds if I found myself feeling a bit hungry.
