Thanks Marydean. I have been having soup but I worried that maybe it wasn't safe if I bought it from a cafe and it had been sitting in a big pot all day over the stove?

I have toasted cheese sangas most days. you could have that on gluten free bread (my mum has a gluten free diet).

I would say the soup would be ok IF it was kept at a really really hot temp for the whole day.

You know I've been craving ham and cheese toasties all day (I know I'm not allowed to have ham).

I have a toastie machine at work too...thanks!! Why didn't I think of that?

Ive been having ham, avocado and pineapple toasted sandwiches. Ymmo! I thought a couple yrs ago i was gluten intolerent as well and it is so hard sometimes, but i don't consume any dairy except a little lactose free milk which i'm steering clear of atm too. I made a broth the other day and froze half of it and we are having it for dinner on a bed of Basmatti rice apparently the best to have in regards to health so my kinesiologist has told me!

I eat a lot of the california rolls, just the vegiterian variety. This pregnancy I have craved a fair bit of fatty food (even though after I eat it I feel crap) so I have kababs, curries (vegi), red rooster chicken and chips!!!

mmmmm, hot chips *wipes drool off face*

Soup is a good option. I have had ham and cheese toasties, just make sure they are hot.

It gets a bit boring eating the same thing everyday doesnt it? Lucky for me i am craving fruit so big variety there.

I've been living on tuna and cheese toasted sandwiches, yummo! Although I'm going to have ham and cheese toasted sandwiches everyday for a month once bubs is born - ooooh I miss ham!
