Write down all your questions so when you are talking to him you don't forget to ask anything. Have a pen handy to write down what he is saying (in point form or you may be there all day). Explain that you are really worried and need to have everything clear in your head. After all you are paying him for his professional opinon and need to understand what is going on. When you call don't be fobbed off by his receiptionist. Be really strong and tell them that you need to talk to him as you are confused with the prognosis. Good luck.
