I went part time very early on the first pregnancy because I have a physical job & wasn't able to do all that my job needed me to do, so I reasoned with my boss that it was better to have a part timer share my duties so it wouldn't be hard to train someone when I left. He was happy with that. So I dropped 2 days and the part timer picked up 2. Then as I got further along I dropped another day and finally finished at 30 weeks with my duties jobs. As payroll I stayed on another 6 weeks and while I did puppy preschools I continued until 38 weeks.

This pregnancy I only worked 2 shifts a week so I stayed on those until 32 weeks and I just finished puppy preschool last week at 35 weeks and I still do payroll... no one to train to do it! So hopefully something will be figured out because I can't imagine me going in with a week old baby!!
