I wouldn't I did with my first son and we waited with my new little one who I had 8 weeks ago, It is the last real surprise we get as adults and it was so fun despite the pain of labour there was so much anticipation and even the staff get excited when you say we don't know what we are having, my DF announced to me what it (he) was and I will never forget that, I think he also felt like he was a much bigger part of the birth because of it too. I will never find out again it is so worth the wait.
