I found it hard to get hold of someone actually experienced in pg yoga.

I really enjoyed doing it but I'm sure they guy didn't have any actual experience with pg women and ended up with a bunged up pelvis due to a particular stretch and needed work to fix it after ds was born. Ouchie!

You loosen up alot during pg and there is a chance you can do damage without realising it - especially if you haven't done it before.

There used to be a "preggie bellies" place in the ringwood area, I would start there to see what they have on offer?
